Water treatment companies in the East Valley

An independent, hand-verified directory of companies that sell, install and service home water treatment in the East Valley of Arizona: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Ahwatukee and the east side of Scottsdale. Every fact below comes from the company's own website, as recorded in our research. Where a company publishes no address, no rating or no license number on its own site, we say so plainly instead of filling the gap from a directory. Services are described factually, as the companies describe them; this guide makes no health claims about any system.

Licenses in Arizona: read this first

In Arizona, contractors are licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC), and a license number is public. That is why this guide shows an ROC number only where the company publishes one on its own website: 12 of the 20 companies in this guide publish an ROC number on their own site. One more publishes a license number without an ROC label (John's Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, Lic Plumbing #347701), which is reported exactly as published and is not counted as an ROC license. One more is claim-only, with no number published (Cure All Plumbing). The remaining 6 publish no license number on their own site. A website claim of being licensed and insured, without a number, is a claim, not a verified credential: ask the company for its ROC number and verify it yourself with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Treatment systems for East Valley homes

Many homeowners in Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert add whole-home softeners and filtration to reduce mineral scale on fixtures, water heaters and appliances. The equipment is usually installed where the main water line enters the home, often in the garage.
